Hippocrates was one smart man.

 

If you had 15 minutes to live, what would you do?  Would you dance?  Would you speak up? Would you sing on the top of your lungs, for the world to hear you?  Would you embrace your body?

What would you do?

We take our body for granted.  We awake each and every day, place our feet on the ground and make a mad dash for the next 15 hours.  We sprint to work, skip breakfast, inhale our lunch, reach for 3-4 cups of coffee to keep alert, go to sleep (restlessly that is) and do it all over again.  We rarely wake up and simply thank our bodies for enduring all that we have put it through.
  Then, one day, our body gives up.  We start noticing rashes where there were never before, our stomach burns, we can't digest our food, we have intense migraines, and the list continues.   

Life is a long time.  Why live it like this?

Our body never makes a mistake.  Our heart never skips a beat. Our body tells us more than many of us are willing to listen to.  Just listen.  That's where I come in- I help you listen.

No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
